ABOUT ME
After many years beyond the Tamar, my husband, Gareth, and I came back to Cornwall in July 2007 to escape some of the pressures of the South-East and enjoy the beauty of the Duchy. In fact, we're now living within a mile of where I was brought up.
For most of my working life I taught German, first in schools and then at the University of Hertfordshire. I used computers in my teaching from about 1987 but it took eleven years before I finally decided to begin an MSc. in Computer Science, graduating in 2001. From September 2000 I taught Digital Publishing (Web Design, Animation, Graphics) to undergraduates at UH.
I now work with individuals and small organisations and companies to create attractive and functional websites for their businesses and organisations.
I particularly enjoy working with my fellow Cornishmen but am still happy to work with 'upcountry' people, especially those with a love of Cornwall! After all, who wouldn't want to live here?
